Salon Policies

Welcome to Penny Lash. As with every salon, Penny Lash asks clients to read our policies ahead of your initial appointment. Get to know how out salon operates and then contact us to make an appointment.

New Clients

All Penny Lash artists require appointments to be guaranteed by a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and can accept transactions over the phone. If you are unable to put a credit card number down at the time your appointment is made, your appointment may be canceled. If you do not have a credit card, you may be asked to present a deposit to hold your appointment.

Rebecca’s books are currently closed to new clients. She trusts each of the artists at Penny Lash and if you opt to go with one of them you will be in good hands. If you would like to be added to Rebecca’s waitlist, please contact us and we will let you know as soon as she has availability for new volume lash clients.

Already in Lashes?

We understand you’d like to make a change and we’re happy to take you on as a client. On your initial visit, we’ll evaluate the quality of your current lash extensions. Then, we’ll make corrections, remove lashes if necessary and redesign the look for a customized, clean look. If you are in Penny Lash quality work, we can move on with a regular fill.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations

Penny Lash requires at least 24-hours notice to cancel any appointment, as well as a credit card number to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked, we’ll expect (and are overjoyed for) you to be here. For a first offense, no-show and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked to the card number used to hold the reservation. You may be asked to place a deposit on future appointments. For the second offense, no-show and same-day cancellations will be charged for the full amount of the service.

No Shows

If you no show an appointment and are interested in rebooking, you may be asked to submit a deposit in order to save your next appointment. Your deposit will be put towards the total amount of your eyelash extension service.

Tardiness

We understand sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients arriving late will be charged in full for their scheduled service and the appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. For example, if your service is scheduled for one hour session and you arrive 10 minutes late, you will be charged for the entirety of the time, but your appoint will end at the same time as schedule.

Gift Certificates

Penny Lash gift certificates are a great gift for any occasion. Penny Lash gift certificates expire on the written date noted on the certificate. Please note additional restrictions on gift certificates that have been contributed through promotions, auctions and contributions. Gift Certificates can be purchased at Penny Lash or over the phone and then delivered to you!

Gratuities

In appreciation for outstanding Penny Lash service, our artists graciously welcome gratuities at your discretion.

Children

As a courtesy to other clients, we do not perform services on guests accompanied by children under the age of 10. If you need to bring your child to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for a time when you can come in unaccompanied. Age-appropriate children may sit in the lobby; however, any disturbance to our staff or other clients will be addressed.

Pregnant Women

We do not recommend pregnant women receive the lash lift. All other services are safe for pregnant women.
